Description
The EGO POWER+ 56V 5.0Ah ARC Lithium™ Battery with Fuel Gauge (BA2800T) is a mid-capacity power source for the entire EGO 56V lineup, from blowers and string trimmers to mowers and snow blowers. EGO's patented ARC Lithium™ design channels heat away from the cells, so your tools keep running at full power instead of fading as the battery warms up.
Intelligent power management watches over every individual cell to get the most power and runtime from each charge, and the built-in fuel gauge lights up in 20 percent steps so you always know how much work is left. A full charge takes about 30 minutes on the Turbo Charger (CH7000), 40 minutes on the Rapid Charger (CH5500), 70 minutes on the 320W Charger (CH3200) or 100 minutes on the Standard Charger (CH2100), and the Dual-Port Charger (CH2800D) brings two of them to full in 80 minutes.
With 280Wh of capacity at 4.9 lbs, the BA2800T strikes a good balance between runtime and weight for handheld tools. Its shock-resistant housing protects the electronics from drops and weather, and it is backed by a 3-year limited warranty.
