I reached out via email to the support team with the following message, and heard back on May 12th.
In essence the order had some errors but I also made a mistake in my order. I am returning the gear pinion and screws for a refund. I could use a paper filter for my 22" Toro mower if that works for you, but unsure you can make an exchange.
The belt and wheel cover assembly that were also part of Order C12708 fit fine.
