Faulty handle

Not too pleased bought this trimmer and tried putting the handle on and the place to screw the bolts in was stripped or something. Anyway couldn’t attach the handle to the $175 trimmer so I just had to spend another $27 on a new handle. We will see if this new one will work hopefully. Ego did not offer any help they just told me to buy a new one. Thanks!!
