Bought this tool in June of 2024 for $500ish bucks. Loved using it for car washes and some light exterior cleaning. Already broke with light use, about once a month. Very disappointed in the quality and hoping Ego will make it right.

I like the portability of this unit and the performance it has. I use two 7.5kw EGO batteries and can foam and wash two cars before needing charge.
Haven't gone wrong with ego products. The easy of portability, no need for gas nor oil change makes it way better than gas powered for non heavy duty work
What to like:1) Easy to use right out of box. Minimal assembly needed.2) Machine seems well-engineered, like all Ego products (I also own their mower and snowblower)3) Effective/powerful4) With batteries and ability to siphon water, very mobile.What I don’t like:1) Expensive2) Mainly for small jobs unless you own 3 or more of their batteries. I have 2 batteries and was running it on high, and I kept having to stop to charge batteries. I wish there was an option to plug it in.3) The ring/seal on their pressure hose didn’t last long.
