Great Trimmer
Great trimmer. It's well constructed and easy to use. I like the bump line feed mechanism. The battery charges fast and lasts plenty of time for to trim my yard. One thing I appreciate in particular is I can charge the battery right after unsung the trimmer. A battery operated trimmer I had in the past required a cool down period before this was possible. My only knock on this trimmer is I wish it was a little more powerful. I can still do everything I need, but having slightly more power would allow me to do it a little faster.

I have only had this trimmer for a week so I am not able to fully assess the product. That being said, it has charged fairly quickly & held a charge for an hour of use.
The trimmer came packaged securely and was easy to assemble. I am a short woman but can handle this trimmer comfortably. Installing the handle at the lowest balance point is suggested for a shorter person like myself.
The trimmer works efficiently. I’m pleased to have it for landscaping clean-ups needed on this acreage. Mostly I have been cutting longer grass around larger rocks and shrubs. Thanks EGO!

Better than expected with only minor issues.
Much better than the kobalt plug in trimmer I owned previously. It's quieter than the other and has variable speed which is nice around trees. It's light but the hinge in the middle of the shaft limits where I can put the handle to where it's most comfortable. It cuts as well as well as my old toro gas trimmer which I didn't expect from a battery trimmer. I use 40-60% of the battery per use on our 1/4 acre property. Battery charges quickly but the fan makes a noticeable hum. My only concern is how long the battery will last which is why I'm storing the battery and charger inside where it'll be cooler.
