I had a toro same size but with a Briggs S. Engine and triggers smaller wheels tires than 38838 . Served us for 12years then auger problems and bearings repairable at over 400 dollars 200bparts 200 labor. Time trade in offered 175 on trade. Deal made.
Now adequate power with standard gas engine , 1 hp more can help all
Triggered is hard to balance turning ie just heavy bulky but this new system should have a switch to disengage fir a straight run likev300 feet on a sidewalk. It tugs left and tugs right. I am NOT turning . But senses a turn. You can turn on a dime. Easy, so good just a switch to disengage. Brightvlight great, electric start great. Chute control is the best just like old toro.
Gas issue 32 dollars a gallon for ethanol free. But battery not perfected yet so choose gas again.
