The EGO POWER+ 56V 4.0Ah ARC Lithium™ Battery (BA2242T) powers every tool in the EGO lineup, from mowers and blowers to string trimmers and snow blowers. Its patented ARC Lithium™ design draws heat away from the cells so your equipment keeps running at full power longer, and the shock-resistant housing protects the battery from drops and weather.
Intelligent power management monitors and balances each cell for maximum power and runtime, and a built-in fuel gauge shows remaining charge in 20 percent steps. Charge times for a single 4.0Ah battery are about 25 minutes on the Turbo Charger (CH7000), 30 minutes on the Rapid Charger (CH5500), 55 minutes on the 320W Charger (CH3200) and 80 minutes on the Standard Charger (CH2100). The Dual-Port Charger (CH2800D) fully charges two of them in 60 minutes.
With 224Wh of capacity in a 4.8 lb package, it is a well-balanced choice as a primary or spare battery, giving you gas-level performance without the noise, fumes or hassle. The battery is backed by a 3-year limited warranty.
