Description
The EGO POWER+ 16" Chain Saw (CS1610) packs power equal to a 40cc gas chainsaw into a quiet, cordless 56V tool. Its high-efficiency brushless motor drives a 16-inch bar and chain at 20 m/s for clean, efficient cuts through limbs, firewood and storm cleanup, with none of the fuel mixing, fumes or pull starts.
Tool-free chain tensioning uses independent low-profile dials, so bar and chain adjustments take seconds, and the low-profile design lets the saw cut flush to the ground. An automatic oiling system with a spill-free reservoir keeps the bar and chain lubricated as you work. Metal bucking spikes add leverage and control, and the kickback brake has an easy-to-see position indicator. IPX4 weather-resistant construction keeps the saw working in damp conditions.
This is the tool-only version, so the battery and charger are sold separately. EGO recommends the 56V 2.5Ah ARC Lithium™ battery, which delivers up to 130 cuts on a 4x4 per charge, and the saw works with any EGO 56V ARC Lithium™ battery.
