Previous two orders were great. Not so much this time. Parts arrived 16 days from order date, and $800+ worth had taken a beating. Three of four were usable, and one required a return, which was an easy process, which I returned the next day. Total of **44** days later from initial order all due to poor packing.

Works great . Pulled the deck replaced the motor . Whole process took less than 30 mins

The motor was a genuine EGO motor, so perfect replacement with no issues. I would most definitely recommend and will be purchasing all my future EGO needs from here.
