The tip is effective but the blade guard won't fit with the tip installed. Wish I had known before ordering.

This part wasn't available from other retailers I checked. It was easy to find and buy from Power + Parts.
The guard doesn't fit over the bade with protective tip installed.

Hedger Attachment Tip Doesn’t allow Sheath Protection

Protects the blade tip, however, can’t use the sheath or blade cover with the tip protector installed. Would like to see a modified design allowing the use of the sheath, with the tip protector for safety.
