Ordering process was easy, part come fairly quick and it fit as needed.

Fills a need. One of only a couple of sites that sell replacement parts for the EGO branded tools. I thought shipping was a bit slow, but it was free and the part arrived on the designated delivery date so really nothing to complain about there and frankly I was just glad I was able to get the part. I’m sure that the slower shipping allows them to provide free shipping while keeping prices low. I was very satisfied with the price of the item….a base cradle for an EGO Blower that I broke by backing over it in my truck…I know right, who does that? Lol. Anyway, very satisfied with the company and would not hesitate to recommend to family or friends.
