EGO Power+ PSX2510 Commercial 10” Pole Saw Tool Only

Here are my first impressions. I am a bit confused as to why this saw was designed how it was designed. I think a lot of the saw is designed very well. Carbon fiber is nice, metal bucking spikes are nice, and the trigger is easy to use just a different in design from the other commercial tools. However it does not have the 3 speed selector or battery charge indicator. I can’t confirm or deny whether it has Bluetooth or not like the other commercial tools. Also I am a bit confused as to why the non commercial model has features this doesn’t. The non commercial model has a tool free tensioning system while this requires a tool. The non commercial has a led cut line where this does not have the led cut line. It only has a piece of plastic colored in Ego green to indicate cut line. Also I think the telescoping portion needs work. It has a good amount of movement which compounds with longer configurations. Here is what I want in a next generation commercial pole saw and what would turn the 4 into a 5 star. Let’s add an led cut line and a tool free tensioning system like the non commercial model. If they aren’t up to the commercial standards then redesign them to be commercial grade. Also I’d like to see a more stable telescoping feature with almost no movement in the shortest configuration. Finally, I would like to see the control panel from the other commercial tools. It would be nice so we can see battery life, see some basic error codes for troubleshooting, and have Bluetooth.
