Description
The EGO POWER+ 15" POWERLOAD™ String Trimmer with Aluminum Split Shaft (ST1510S-FC) is a factory reconditioned (certified refurbished) bare tool, restored to perform like new; the battery and charger are sold separately. The patented POWERLOAD™ head makes restringing simple: feed in the line, push a button and the head winds it for you. EGO introduced this model line as the world's first string trimmer with POWERLOAD™ technology.
A high-efficiency brushless motor spins professional-grade dual-feed 0.095-inch spiral-twist line across a 15-inch cutting swath, and bump-feed advance keeps fresh line ready. Variable speed control and IPX4-rated weather-resistant construction round out the design. The brushless motor also delivers longer run time, low vibration and an extended motor life.
It runs on any EGO 56V ARC Lithium™ battery, and with a 2.5Ah battery (sold separately) it provides up to 30 minutes of runtime per charge, making it an affordable addition if you already own EGO batteries.
